Malcolm + Alex’s Swaneset Wedding in Pitt Meadows, BC

Sometimes, we just have to pinch ourselves to make sure that this is really our lives after we photograph a wedding as epic, amazing, and so beautiful as Alex and Malcolm’s wedding out at Swaneset Bay and Resort (aka one of the top venue’s not only in our local area but in our home town of Pitt Meadows, B.C.).

Alex and Malcolm are high school sweethearts and planned one of the best weddings we’ve been a part of, including but not limited to: fireball shots to keep the wedding party going, heart filled speeches and vows, and even surprise samba dancers which just LIT UP the dance floor and had everyone of their close to 200 guests out of their seats screaming with excitement! Over the year of first meeting these amazing gems of humans, to their engagement session, double date beers to chat all about their wedding day, when their wedding day finally arrived they treated us as extensions of their 14 person wedding party and we truly felt like a part of their friend circle, which is a huge goal of ours with any couple, and such an honour at that.

They decked out their wedding venue, Swaneset, with the design skills and decor team of MV Decor, and took a romantic and classic approach to this venue with golden chairs set up for all their guests and big white draping linens hanging from the ceiling, which after seeing the venue space at swaneset transformed in many different ways, was the perfect approach to their wedding day.
