Stef and David are probably two of the most laid back, sweet best friends, and I just knew that a quiet golden hour ocean side park (Mud Bay Park in B.C.) would be the absolute perfect location for their engagement photoshoot. I can’t really even begin to describe how lovely this evening was. Stef and David took all my engagement photoshoot advice and it made my heart SO happy! First, Stef opted to get her hair and makeup professionally done for their engagement photoshoot (by the all so talented, local hair and makeup artist: Rose Quartz Beauty). Second, Stef and David had some pre photoshoot beers to help calm some nerves (and were the sweetest humans by providing me with a delicious 4 pack of craft beer to bring home after our shoot). Third, they both brought two outfits per person, which allowed for a good mix in variety of photos for their final engagement shoot gallery. Finally, they relaxed, and made this into a date night together. From dancing along the squishy sandy beaches at Mud Bay Park, popping on some tunes and being their truly silly and amazing selves, to snuggling up as the last glimpse of the sun dipped down. Their connection is so addictive, and I seriously felt like I could shoot and hang out with these two all night long.
I am so incredibly thankful that Stef and David trusted me to document their raw, real and authentic love, and SO thankful that they chose Morg and I to photograph their wedding day!
