Golden Hour Elopement at Bos Estate – Abbotsford Wedding Photographer

Morgan and I had the absolute privilege of both photographing and videographing (is that a word haha)/filming Summer and Jay’s golden hour intimate elopement wedding at Bos Estate, located in Abbotsford, British Columbia. Bos Estate is this amazing private property hidden gem wedding venue in the Fraser Valley, BC, provides a ceremony space with sweeping views of the Fraser Valley, and will certainly take your breath away! At this venue, all wedding related events take place outside, including the intimate ceremony space, a pool and surrounding lawn which makes for a great cocktail hour space, a covered patio which is great for a long table dinner, and the awesome drive way with round-about in the front of the property which photographs amazingly.

We originally met Summer and Jay through Instagram and photographed them at Galiano Island during the summer months the year prior while we were visiting our family property over on Island, B.C and they were visiting their own family over on the gulf islands at the same time. As soon as we met them we instantly knew we wanted these beautiful souls in our lives. Summer and Jay’s shared their intimate elopement day with their super close family members. Summer walked down the aisle to the sweet sounds of a solo guitarist, and the tears were REAL as they tied the knot. The evening was spent with family members exchanging stories of the two while eating delicious individual sized charcuterie boards, and sharing a first dance as the sun went down over some of the local farms of the Fraser Valley.

This elopement was such a joy to photograph and film, and Morgan and I feel so lucky that we were the ones to be able to capture such a special day and the start of this new chapter for our gorgeous and so in love bride and groom, Summer and Jay. Congratulations to you both again!
